How can I get past invoices?

Invoices are usually sent to your account whenever a transaction occurs on your account. However, if you didn't receive an invoice or want to receive all past invoices, you can send an email to support@formpl.us specifying the invoice you want.

Please note that we require all requests for invoices to be sent from the email address associated with the Form+ account.
