Upgrading/Downgrading a Subscription

To upgrade/downgrade your subscription, it is best to contact the support team to prevent multiple subscriptions on your account - this is a case where you are billed more than once on one account. Please send an email to us at support@formpl.us with the following details:
  • Your last subscription invoice link OR a link to any form created with your account
  • Name of your current plan
  • The new plan you would like to upgrade/downgrade to. You can see details about our pricing plans here.
